About Caroline Lacey
Based in London, Caroline is a Consultant in the global gaming practice, handling senior executive and non-executive director positions for international gaming businesses. Her focus is on developing networks specifically within the video gaming and online gambling industries.
A large part of her focus is on Esports where she is well networked with senior professionals. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, Caroline worked as a Consultant for a boutique executive search firm in London specialising in entertainment and leisure. Here she worked directly with a number of blue chip clients on mid-management and senior appointments.
Caroline graduated from Durham University with a Bachelor of Arts in Ancient History and Archaeology.
