A culture of diversity. What are the benefits? Joe Ewens, Managing Editor of GamblingCompliance to moderate a panel discussion to find out.
Why is it important to have a culture of diversity and inclusion in our organisations at all levels?
Driving profit?
Attracting and retaining talent?
Improving investor and customer relations?
Making better business decisions?
Targeting more diverse customers?
At our next event Joe Ewens, Managing Editor of GamblingCompliance will be moderating an all-star panel to discuss the many benefits of diversity and why the gambling industry should, and could be driving this agenda.
Why is it important to have a culture of diversity and inclusion in our organisations at all levels?
For starters, it should help us understand our customers and the wider public better. This, in turn, should make us better placed to attract talent with new innovative ideas.
But why is this important for the gambling industry?
Think about it from a purely business perspective. To grow your business you need to develop and market products that attract an audience which takes into consideration different generations, gender and cultural differences. Therefore it stands to reason that a workforce who reflect that audience are going to be better placed to deliver for them than one that doesn’t?
But this only touches the surface…
