Coronavirus Announcement.

We have been following the Government advice on the Coronavirus pandemic very closely and as a result the KnowNow events schedule for 2020 will be significantly changed.

Player Protection Forum.

The Player Protection Forum, scheduled for 21st May will be postponed until the 9th July. The agenda for this event remains unchanged and we would like to thank all of our speakers, partners and booked delegates for their continued support and flexibility in moving the date.
Social Media Marketing for Responsible Gambling Operators, scheduled for 25th June will be postponed and we will run a two day marketing event incorporating this content into Responsible Marketing for Gambling Operators on 15th and 16th October.

Meeting Regulatory Requirements Malta 2020 will unfortunately not take place this year. We will be back to Malta with this event in 2021.

We will be running two masterclasses in September, the first one taking a deep dive into customer interventions and later in the month a master class designed to give senior management all of the AML and RG knowledge they need to create and maintain an organisation wide player protection culture. More information on both of these events will be available very soon.
