About Dr Malcolm Falzon.

Malcolm Falzon is a partner in Camilleri Preziosi’s Corporate & Finance practice group. His areas of specialisation comprise capital markets, corporate, M&A, corporate/asset finance. Malcolm also heads the firms gaming, Fintech and DLT practices. He regularly advises local and international gaming operators on legal, regulatory, operational and licensing matters. This is in addition to related corporate, commercial and dispute resolution issues.

Camilleri Preziosi is a leading Maltese law firm with a strong focus on corporate and commercial law and the financial services sector. In 2018, the firm joined forces with AmagisCapital to set up CAMA Ltd, providing a full service offering combining legal, regulatory and technical expertise. In his dual role as head of Camilleri Preziosi’s Fintech & Blockchain team and executive director of CAMA Ltd, Malcolm regularly advises on matters relating to the provision of VFA Services and applicable licensing requirements, IVFAOs, STOs and the regulation and certification of innovative technology arrangements.

Malcolm regularly acts as an examiner at the University of Malta and lecturer at the Malta Stock Exchange Institute. He is also a speaker at seminars and conferences relating to his areas of expertise. He joined the firm’s traineeship programme in 2003. Following completion of his LL.D studies at the University of Malta, Malcolm read for a LL.M in Corporate & Commercial Law at University College, London, and returned to Camilleri Preziosi as an associate in 2005. He was admitted to partnership in 2013.
