This conference is designed to help gambling operators improve the public opinion of their business by effectively managing the issues surrounding problem gambling.

The agenda will cover a range of topics including establishing and maintaining customer trust, understanding addiction, improving public perceptions of the industry, designing and implementing a social responsibility program and understanding the changes to enforcement at the UK Gambling Commission.
