About Richard Wade.

Richard has worked in the UK gambling industry for 38 years, most of which have been with the Rank Group where he is the Director of Compliance and Responsible Gambling.  The Rank Group Plc runs Grosvenor Casinos, the largest UK casino operator, Mecca Bingo, one of the most famous names in UK gambling, along with the related online gaming sites for both businesses.

Richard is chair of operations for the National Casino Forum, the trade association of the UK casino industry, and also represents the Rank Group on various committees for the Remote Gambling Association.

Amongst his achievements he created the Rank Group’s award winning “Keep it Fun” responsible gambling brand and in 2011 he obtained a Master’s Degree in Compliance Management.
